At Niño de Oro Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. Our policy allows returns and refunds on all online purchases within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- In original condition, free from scratches, signs of use, or any damage.
- No size alterations or modifications have been made.
- All original accessories, packaging, and materials are included.
- Any promotional items or gifts included with the order must also be returned.
Defective Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately through our support channels. We will arrange the return and repair or replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.
How to Return
Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once approved, you will receive your RMA number and detailed shipping instructions.
Place the item in its original packaging with all included materials. Write the RMA number on the receipt and on the outside of the package. For security reasons, do not include jewelry-related terms on the exterior of the package.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items.
Important: Do not send any returns without first receiving an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 to 12 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
A 20% restocking fee applies if a cash refund is requested. If you prefer store credit, this fee does not apply.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order is in preparation or dispatch, cancellation may not be possible — particularly for custom or personalized items.
A restocking fee of 6% may apply to canceled orders.
Quality Assurance
Our quality assurance department reserves the right to verify the authenticity and integrity of any returned item before processing a refund or store credit.
